To make Nike Tech Fleece soft again, you can try washing it with a gentle detergent on a gentle cycle in cold water. Avoid using fabric softeners as they can leave a residue that may make the fleece less soft. After washing, air dry the garment or tumble dry on low heat to help maintain its softness. Additionally, you can try using a fabric conditioner specifically designed for sportswear to help restore the softness of the fleece. **
